We’ve lived at LJX for many years and recently had an A/C issue over the Thanksgiving weekend. Even though it was a holiday week the maintenance techs Manny and Luis who fixed the issue went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. They were professional, respectful and genuinely caring, which is hard to find these days.
Also the Property Manager Broderick and his team Sal, Reece and Max helped us to make sure it was completed.

Sales focused and should be service focused. After I applied, communication was non existent. As I learned more about the property from reviews I became more concerned Calls and emails unanswered. Ultimately decided to move somewhere that was focused on my satisfaction and not just sales numbers. Took a loss on my hold deposit, but I feel it will be a better long term decision.
