  We had a wonderful experience with the Costa Verde community, and the entire process of getting our apartment was smooth and welcoming. Sophia was especially helpful, she guided us patiently through every step, explained all the options clearly, and made sure we found a home that perfectly suited our needs. Her professionalism and friendly attitude took away a lot of the stress that usually comes with apartment hunting. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with great amenities and a peaceful environment for families. We appreciate how responsive the management team has been and how comfortable we feel living here. Thank you, Sophia and Costa Verde, for helping us start this new chapter in such a positive way. We’re happy to call this community our home.

  Charles from the maintenance team is great ! Charles filled several requests we put in quickly, kind, and professionally. Taking care to wear shoe covering when entering the unit and leaving the unit cleaning and fulfilling all requests quickly and properly.

  Lived here 3 years and only left because I moved cities. I'd live here again if I move back to the area. Pros: maintenance is amazing. Rarely waited longer than 24 hours for all requests. They replaced the dishwasher with a newer model within a week when it broke. Front office is also very responsive and helpful. The gym is great and better than every other apartment gym I've seen. The Floorplan was really nice too. In unit washer and drier was lifechanging. They actually returned my entire deposit when I left the place clean instead of trying to nickel and dime me. Cons: the ceilings are very thin and the windows' seal isnt great. When it was quiet at night, I could hear my upstairs neighbors or people walking by outside my window talking in regular voices, hear footsteps from above at all times of day, etc. As a more minor one, the appliances are pretty lackluster. The toilet clogged at least once a week and I'm a small guy, oven left the living room hot, drier had to run 1.25 times with even medium sized loads, etc.

  It’s an incredible place to stay. They consistently organize fantastic games and movies which always bring immense joy to the children. The CVV team he is really awesome and thanks Brad and Oscar for arranging games is truly commendable. We genuinely enjoy being a part of this community.

  I am visiting from North Carolina and wanted to find a gym that offered personal trainers. I found Iron Orr Fitness and it did not disappoint. All my trainers were very knowledgeable and experienced in exercise therapy. Oscar, Fernando, Jorge, and Katie were all terrific. As a former dental hygienist, I was appreciative of the attention both Jorge and Fernando paid to my sore neck. Loved the massager you used on me Jorge😉
