- IMIsabella MilanoJul 28, 20251.0I scheduled a tour and got a confirmation email. My roommates took work off, and I flew from Nor Cal to San Diego just to view this apartment. No one notified us and they filled the apartment, had nothing to show us then were super unhelpful and a little rude when we called to ask about it. They kept rudely asking if we still wanted the tour, but when I kept asking if there was anything to be touted they said no. Thanks Citra Apartments for wasting our time and money!

Contacting office manager we were told that this is not a problem and our foreign proof of income will do. But right at our move in date we call them and they say that we need American Bank proof of income and they cannot accept us. They didn’t even bother contacting us first. Now we have to find a place to move in immediately. Well, good luck.
