The apartment we got was exactly like presented in the photos and the renting process went smooth. The community is clean and they keep everything sharp on maintainance which is always helpful. The pool is always clean and the whole environment feels like a resort in wellness mode so strongly recommend 💯

On top of the mold issues, they tried to charge me for water + trash when it was included in my lease. I showed them the lease noting this and they said they would “handle it”. I made the mistake of trusting their word. Over a year later, I get a letter that I’m Being sent to collections over (you guessed it!) the outstanding charges for the water and trash that were supposed to be included in my rent. Please steer clear of this place.

In general, the place is nice and has good amenities. Very convenient location, especially for a UCSD student. However, the rent has increased significantly since I moved in 2 years ago, and I have chosen to move out. That said, La Jolla in general is very expensive. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my time here and I will miss this place.
