  Stephanie was incredible to work with as our mortgage broker. She was recommended to us by our realtor, and we are so glad we chose to work with her. As first-time homebuyers, we always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive, communicated clearly, and helped us understand every step. She also made sure we had an insurance option ready to go, which was so helpful. And despite our tight timeline, she was able to help us close in just two weeks! We’re so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive mortgage broker.

  I was referred to Stephanie by a close friend who had just worked with her to save a deal on a home that had run into some issues. I reached out to Stephanie and was surprised that she got back to me right away and was able to start exploring my options given my current finances and goals. She was super patient with all of my questions and helped me to become more confident during the process. I know she worked incredibly hard on making my own deal work and now I’m a first time home buyer, I can’t thank her enough! We started working together in August and I just closed on a home mid October. 🤩
