Not only does this place serve as a sanctuary away from the bustling cafes and libraries around the area; they also offer complimentary coffee! I found it very easy to focus on my lecture videos, and I believe that places like the lobby of 360 Luxury Apartments (places that are conducive to studying) are imperative in order for students to achieve success in their education.

I had high expectations based on their gallery on the website but if you see it in person everything changes. The amenities are outdated. Pool is not clean during the time of visit. They’ll defend this by saying we clean our pool once a week/twice a week. Their floor plans look like you live in National City, Chula Vista, or El Cajon outdated apartments. The luxury is only referring to leasing office. Your door is not even key fob, they used the word luxury by going all in with amenities like bowling, a lot of it are using by the residents during the visit but their shoes looks old and almost worn out, billiards is decent, basketball court that’s dead, swimming pool that’s dirty, the jacuzzi that has long railing that took over all the space and it is so small for a big residents. It seems like they want you to live outside the apartments to enjoy the amenities and avoid your average carpeted looking apartment that’s outdated. “Luxury” now means a roof and four walls. It’s a trap.
