I’ve lived at The Glen since August 2024, choosing it specifically because the lease promised a drug-free and smoke-free environment, which I needed for my sobriety and mental health.
For over a month, I’ve reported daily marijuana smoke spreading through the vents and shared air in our three-unit house. Multiple roommates have confirmed the odor, and even when staff were called during an active incident, they claimed they “couldn’t smell anything.”
Management has offered no real resolution—only to move the affected tenants to other units, which doesn’t solve the issue and instead displaces the people following the lease. They’ve said they have “no proof” despite repeated reports, corroboration, and ongoing marijuana odor that’s impossible to ignore.
I have documented health and mental health conditions that have been directly worsened by this environment, and management’s lack of concern or enforcement has made my living situation unsafe and distressing.
The Glen and its management company, Cardinal Group, have failed to uphold their own No-Smoking and Drug-Free Housing policies or provide a meaningful solution for residents affected by repeated violations.

Noah and Richard are the best, they work so hard and even though they have so much work they do it still with a positive attitude. Shoutout to them cause they r one of the only reasons I’m leaving a good review. Our room was not in good shape when we got it and they really went above and beyond when the office should have had it ready before we moved in.

Lived in 1101 for years and it's not worth the hard earned money. I work for 10 hours a day starting at 6am but am paired with normie roommates who cannot comprehend that I am entitled to scream in games as much as I want after a day's hard work. If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would because from the moment I moved in it’s been nothing but a never-ending nightmare of poor management, loud neighbors who seem to be running a bowling league above me every night at exactly 2am, and let’s not forget the mysterious and persistent smell in the hallway that management keeps blaming on a “maintenance issue” that somehow never gets resolved even though they’ve promised—repeatedly and I have emails to prove it—that it would be taken care of "immediately" which in their language clearly means “never.” In short, do yourself a favor and run—don’t walk—away from this place unless you enjoy chronic stress, mysterious fees, maintenance requests that vanish into a black hole, and the general feeling that you are being scammed slowly and painfully month by month.
