- JAJimmy AruchaDec 12, 20231.0This is so sad I feel betrayed and disgusted discriminated as a disabled individual I set up all of my obligation to get this appointment with my family and turned away a few day later saying my income was not qualified I don’t understand what this rent comes too. Don’t make deals with this apartments they will just take your money with out your knowledge. Paid insurance electric gas and internet ready and I had to cancel all at once.

But I must say that the new owner and management are far move hands on and involved than before. The property manager Lauren Verdon in very involved and hands on. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for her. I definitely would recommend this as a place to call home.
