I lived at Loma Villas from Feb 2023-Feb 2024.. the complex was brand new, and I was the first person to live in the apartment (as was for all the other tenants). During this time, the complex was being sold from the old property management to Korda (which we were not told), so when I first moved in, the leasing staff were great, helpful, nice, professional, attentive, and available to help during business hours. Within a month of living here, it was sold to Korda, and that's where the positivity ends.
Leslie, the leasing lady (it's a stretch to even call her that.. she's more like a freeloading tenant who happens to have keys to everything). She lives on-site. Therefore, she abandoned her duties as the leasing lady and is NEVER in the office. She doesn't answer the phones, and when she is in the office, she has a nasty attitude and doesn't know anything, she will either tell you false information (like telling me I could do month to month once my lease was up, then when I called to do month to month awhile later, she said that wasn't an option).
When my lease was up, I did not get a 30/60 day notice, which is required, and when I went to turn in my keys, she was confused, did not know it was my move-out day, hadn't notified me, and wasn't prepared (I'm surprised she was in her office). I loved the complex, but I got out of there as soon as my lease was up!! It got so bad I had to go online and find the contact info for her boss, the property manager, who was barely any more help and enabled Leslie's behavior. I warn anybody who attempts to lease here, but you probably can't get her on the phone/in the office anyway.
