- AAAnthonyDec 5, 20252.0Well Iam a resident everybody is great I have know problems let me start by saying we moved in June the people who lives upstairs moved in 2 weeks after us right away they make loud pounding noises all the time it got so bad that it knocks picture frames off the wall it's not normal walking the ceiling rocks scattered on are floor even on are bed when we are lying in bed it's starting to get frustrating now I've tried to talk to the guy all he did is shrug his shoulders and walk away as he walks away I told him show some respect for people who lives below you but it still happing ia'm getting close to making a complaint can anyone suggest what should I do this is a senior relaxing place not a stressful place

She never lost patience with me nor my mom when we had questions regarding the application process. There is always somebody at the office to take my calls, even on weekends! Thank you guys!
