Management is HORRIBLE. Chris and Greta are extremely condescending and they are ABSOLUTELY no help when issues arise. Do not live here.

If you're a college student going to Sonoma state don't waste your time trying to find a place here . They are extremely biased and discriminatory to anyone that is not a family household . They'll make assumptions about you even with no probable cause. They definitely have favoritism here and it shows by the way that myself and my housemates were treated being the newbies in the area compared to those who have already been there. Another thing the office management never answered the phone or followed up with tenants unless it benefitted them or they wanted to mark you as a violation for something you'd have nothing to do with. Don't waste your time here there are plenty of other apartment complex in the area that will treat their tenants better then here.

Don't get a bottom unit!!! Also this place is more or less just a college dorm facility! Being a stones through away from SSU the majority of residence are college kids, loud, and "heavy footed" hence my first sentence , I swear the ppl up stairs must have cow hoves for feet! Or weigh 400 lbs and were wood klogs all the time! For me this place is horrible ,hard to sleep hard to relax and since I have lil choice to move I just have to gut it out! So in short if your a college kid might be fine for u but if u are a family man or women with kids or a single man or women I would keep looking this place is to expensive anyway in my book to deal with such stress!
