- ISIan Davis (Snakeman)Mar 2, 20243.0The location is great if you have a kid that goes to Rancho or any schools in that area, butts up against the creek path. Sucks there isn't an entrance on the left side of the complex. Have to turn around in the court and go back to the front/side.
- MAmarcel alonzoNov 18, 20231.0We lived at this complex for two years and overall it was not the best experience (although it's not horrible). Most people seem to be leaving and they have a leasing specials all the time (with few takers at this point). The location is fine, but the management is kinda non-responsive and standoffish. One problem with the apartment was that it got no sunlight during day, not even for few minutes; even tho ours was a second-floor apartment. So this caused dampness and always cold in the apartment, which was a problem for our son. The apartments are also not very kid-friendly, and despite being close to a college campus and high school, there was no family-friendly vibe. And, utilities were very high, on average $400 for all utilities per one month, in a two-bedroom apartment. Heating wasn't efficient, too, the building structure is old, no insulation. In the end, we decided to move to a different apartment just two blocks up the road, for more comfortable environment with better management and lower utility costs.
