  Have a lease agreement w/ FPI Management at the Lenox (3 yrs now), that is ALOT like Americana Apts except better parking, better shopping, & higher rent. FPI botched the new forced community amenity rollout of mandatory Bulk Xfinity ISP for $60./mo for every unit. Lucky for me I had Xfiniity IE & did receive a discount on an adjusted Conservice statement. No HOA fees & no property taxes with FPI Management locations in Sonoma Co.. Sorta hit or miss on decent places to Lease & Live.

  George is an excellent maintenance person. He's not only very knowledgeable, but cautious & personalbe. The complex is very lucky to have someone like this on their staff

  I’ve lived here for just over a year now and it’s been great. The complex is all recently updated and renovated, it is super quiet day and night, and the location is hard to beat. Alicia (manager) and Fernando (maintenance) are both excellent and have made me feel like family.

  In the year that I have lived here Alicia and Fernanado have personally made huge improvements to the quality of living at AMAERICANA. One major improvement was the major waste of space. An area was turned into a gated dog park for pet parents, included with pet waste bags and water. Amazon lockers that are going to be installed for the huge porch pirate theft problem that has recently been a problem here. 5 stars for the two major improvements that might now seem like much but actually are, those 2 are busting their butts! Recently the sidewalks have been totally revamped so they’re now easy to walk on, doesn’t seem like much but if you have loads of laundry to do and have to wheel it to the laundry room like me it is a big deal no to have to pick it up over a lifted crack every few feet. Anytime something has needed repair Fernando has dealt with it promptly and to the best of his ability. Every time I see him he is always working hard. Highly recommend AMERICANA to anyone considering living here. I enjoy it, the neighbors are quiet, the atmosphere is nice, the neighborhood is safe, shopping is close, schools are close.

  Alicia, our manager is so kind and helpful. She goes out of her way to attend to all our needs and requests. She knows her business and is a consumate professional. Recently they are doing many restoration projects on the property to improve the complex for all of its tennants. Her management skills along with the help of Fernando who is the maintenance manager make an efficient team. Fernando is the best! He is always available for any reason to attend to any problem great or small. He has been extremely kind to me.
