- YVYvette VeeOct 29, 20244.0Overall experience was great. Our home was a quick move in and was ready to move in. The only problem I had was that my purchase price included upgraded sinks, and they are not upgraded. When I went over the forms an realized this, and brought it to their attention, they blamed it on me (the buyer) for not mentioning it sooner since I visited the home an excessive amount of times. In my opinion, if they believe I visited the home an excessive amount times, I am certain the Pulte workers/builders were excessively in and out of the home and ultimately it's their responsibility to walk around and review and ensure all upgrades were completed, not the buyers. I was offered a credit that would be applied to my closing costs, which we declined because we wanted the sink upgrades. My agent repeatedly requested the sinks to be replaced, and again, we were told that could not be possible. I am now moved into our home, and at the end I ended up without a credit or the sinks.

Everything is signed, and everything is paid, but we cannot even move in! It has been a week! Every time we talk to them the date keeps changing. Nobody knows when. Find somewhere else. This is not someone you want to do business with. They also seem to have attitude when asked why we don’t have keys which is amazing. If only they were trying to get into their newly bought home, they would be just as disappointed and annoyed. We just want our keys!
