  totally bad service dnt no how to response or talk my garage door fob left in my friend car and i am here at 10:55 am in office and its 12:05 pm and no response i am just sitting in office their reply was we are busy have to wait and i have my car in garage and my laptop . and i am getting very late for work bco i need lappy from car but their response we te t to our worker he is busy right now ! not mentioning me nthng its like they have one worker and i just need a another for or key whatever work to open for my garage door !

  I’ve been living at Quail Run for the past year, and it’s hands-down one of the best decisions I’ve made for urban living. Maintenance requests are handled lightning-fast, usually within 24 hours, and the grounds are very well kept with lush green spaces and a sparkling pool area that’s perfect for summer swimming. But what really sets this place apart is the sense of community, and for that, I have to give a huge shoutout to the property manager, Gina. She’s awesome, approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making residents feel at home. Gina organizes these fantastic community events that turn neighbors into friends. From the summer barbecue cookouts complete with live music and food trucks, to the fall harvest festivals with pumpkin carving and apple cider tastings, and even holiday cookie swaps in winter, her events are the highlight of my calendar. Gina’s energy is infectious; she mingles with everyone, remembers names, and always follows up with photos and recaps of the events. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just four walls, Quail Run with Gina at the helm is it. Highly recommend—five stars all the way!

  My sister recently moved into this community, and I've had the pleasure of visiting a few times. The property is always immaculate and well-maintained. During my last visit I was fortunate enough to attend the community's event and met the manager, Gina, who was instrumental in organizing it. It was a wonderful experience, and I was impressed by the community she has cultivated here. I will definitely keep my eye on this community for my next move.

  I applied for an apartment here in early June of 2025 and left a $100 deposit. I ended up leasing a different apartment closer to my place of employment. I informed the rental office and requested a reimbursement for my deposit. After a few weeks, they claimed the check had been sent to my old address, to which I had mail forwarding already in place. Did not receive that check. They stated that they would place a stop payment on that check and mail another check directly to my new address. That was two weeks ago and I still have not received the deposit back. We are now in September and I still haven't been reimbursed. The communication from the office personnel is very poor to be honest. I've been having to contact them weekly for updates. It is just $100, but this process should not be so difficult. They seem to have no sense of urgency to resolve this either. Just giving an honest review of my experience with this company.
