  Lainey and Jennifer in the front office really helped me get through some hurdles at the end of my lease. All of my issues were self inflicted but they went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything and get my issues resolved

  As I’m writing this I am speaking to legal counsel because I strongly believe I am being scammed out of my $3600 deposit. If you look on yelp you see multiple reviews of people saying the same thing. They’ll do anything to scam you out of all of it. I’m being charged $1200 for new carpets when I have receipts of them being professionally shampooed not even 5 weeks before move out ( and I didn’t even live there the last 3 weeks of my lease they just wouldn’t let me out of a month to month any sooner than that .. which is a story in itself… ) I was charged for a hole where I had picture frames the size of nails ($180). I was charged a cleaning fee which is ridiculous because they have to clean it for the new tenant and I had already cleaned it myself prior to leaving. I lost my keys during the move & my ex husband left a tv and a recliner behind so that was the only understandable charge I could find on this itemized list. They charged me for my kitchen counter tops to redone ( the cabinets are sooo cheap they’re like from the 70s they’ve been repainted so many times they get stuck on opening ). There’s a huge roach, mosquito, and spider infestatio, as well as a very sick feral cat that just roams around ( which scared me for my own cat), on top of it the charges are “ misc” for “ repairs” which is strange to me because whatever “ repairs” needed to be done would have been done if I was a tenant there ( however they had a huge issue with maintenance getting new people and it would take weeks to get anything repaired) so I am speaking to a lawyer for that. I do believe the property management wasn’t fond of me . My move out process was a LITERAL nightmare. I could go on for hours about how terrible it was. The whole property is so bad honestly . Yes the aesthetic outside can be nice but the pool literally had roaches so we stop going in there. Weird people were always coming in from other apartments that didn’t live there. They even found some teenagers smoking weed in the club house. It’s not secure. Someone who did not live there followed me to the gym so I stopped going. I could honestly go on. It’s not worth what you pay for go anywhere else !!!

  You couldn't live in a better setting. The Aspens were the premier living space in the 70s and 80s. It's a beautiful place, with koi ponds, aviaries and an awesome pool. You couldn't do worse.

  Very nice place to live, quiet, not crowded, friendly tenants, close to mall, restaurants.
