- YFYasmine FurlongJul 10, 20255.0This place is amazing. It's quiet despite of how many renters are here. Pets are allowed which is a plus. There is a pool in the middle of the apartment complex. It's near stores, restaurants, La Sierra highschool and the 91 freeway. Most of all, the apartment manager, Steffi Salas did an excellent job in making our transition here smoothly from application, recommendation for utilities, renters insurance, and internet/cable to the walk through of the apartment at the end. She is very cordial, kind hearted and a professional. Thank you so much Steffi!

The building is impeccably maintained, with clean common areas and beautifully landscaped surroundings. The amenities are excellent, including playground for the kids and a sparkling pool. The location is also incredibly convenient, with easy access to restaurants, super markets, parks and the 91 freeway. What truly sets Riverwalk Landing apart is the outstanding management . Steffi Salas is friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, she is incredibly responsive and attentive to every detail. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and communication is clear and efficient. I also appreciate the sense of community here. We get an email on a monthly basis, sharing what events are happening in the area or even here at the property. Overall, Riverwalk Landing offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home! It's a secure place and parking is good but I wouldn't get into another lease, also there are aditionalcharges. Management is not the best but it's okay. The pool is amazing but it's a expensive place 1 contract was enough for me.

Carmen was very attentive and as you can imagine moving into a home during a "Pandemic" was nerve racking but she maintained a clean an safe welcoming ! anything we need Carmen an Pete are on it! great place to live i feel safe in knowing how well together Carmen has it here thank you both so much for keeping up with everything!!!
