- VSValaere SummersSep 6, 20255.0My Son and I moved in on September 5 2025, and Jerry the Maintenance Supervisor met our moving truck as it was coming through the parking lot to direct us on where to park the truck for unloading. As we proceeded to the office to receive Keys and other pertinent information, we met with Asst Manager Jonnae who has been absolutely exceptional through this entire process from start to finish. We then had an opportunity to meet with Stephanie the Property Manager as well as Freddy the Maintenance Tech..Thanks to all of you guys for welcoming the Summers Family and we love our View!!!

What should have been a positive and happy start became a source of constant frustration and took an emotional toll on my boyfriend and I! Where to even begin? We never even moved in that’s how bad it was. We were given a filthy unit that was clearly not cleaned after the last tenants. It was infested with roaches and looked untouched. The manager claimed it had been “deep cleaned” and that it didn’t look like this during her walkthrough, but there’s absolutely no way this happened overnight. That says a lot about the low standards they operate with. Thankfully we were able to get out the lease. Don’t be fooled by the nice looking exterior and photos on their website. If this is what they consider “move-in ready,” I can only imagine how they handle maintenance and other issues. I wouldn’t trust management to handle anything properly after this experience. Be warned!!
