He was quick to respond and always made sure to keep us informed about what was going on. A replacement part was needed so he had it ordered, and then regularly checked in with us in the days that followed to provide updates and make sure we were doing okay in the meantime. Freddy gave us clear updates and made sure that we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier. It’s reassuring to know we have someone so reliable on the maintenance team. Thank you Freddy for your outstanding service!

As we proceeded to the office to receive Keys and other pertinent information, we met with Asst Manager Jonnae who has been absolutely exceptional through this entire process from start to finish. We then had an opportunity to meet with Stephanie the Property Manager as well as Freddy the Maintenance Tech..Thanks to all of you guys for welcoming the Summers Family and we love our View!!!
