This place used to be great when I first moved in with reasonable rent, a quiet area, and a convenient location. Unfortunately, after the management change, things really went downhill. The entrance gates are often broken, there are daily encounters with homeless people (some with aggressive dogs) digging through trash and leaving messes, and safety has become a real concern with non-residents constantly entering the property. Parking is unassigned unless you pay $50–$100 for a covered spot or garage, so if you get home late, you’ll often end up parking on the street.
The management team is hit or miss. Most were great, especially Juliet and CS, who genuinely cared and always tried to help. But the new manager has been cold and unresponsive to resident concerns, often giving a generic, by-the-book reply with little empathy or effort to understand the situation.
On top of that, roaches have become a recurring issue. Every resident I spoke to had the same problem, and rent continues to rise far beyond what’s even advertised on their own website for new tenants. It’s disappointing because it used to be a nice community. Now, it’s just not worth it anymore. I'll be leaving as soon as my lease is up.

So many issues with little response. Couldn’t do daily things without feeling scared. On paper this place is perfect, but reality is that, it does not meet minimum expectations. Trash is trash but the dumpster give a terrible smell, homeless digging through trash. Office does nothing to remedy this issue, gated is always open, no cameras. First apartment, and worst experience ever.
