- TTTNov 29, 20251.0Actually terrible. I’ve experienced nothing but cold water for WEEKS and now no electricity. I’ve lept my cool for far too long. They refuse to install cameras that actually matter because they want no responsibility over anything that happens to us and our belongings. Their greed makes me truly sick. Can’t wait for my lease to be up.

- JCJocelyn CornejoOct 21, 20251.0The apartment itself is old and the appliances as well there’s no good lighting. They just repaint everything instead of replacing. The laundry facilities are always out of order and filled with bugs. The gates are always open, makes me feel unsafe. Management and staff are difficult to deal with. At move in they tried to over charge me. At move out, there were many discrepancies and deductions from deposit that were unfair in my opinion. Many things were not said at the time of move out until after. It was the worst experience I’ve had with apartment complex just glad it’s over.
