Rachel and Reese served us impeccably well by leveraging their real estate knowledge, financial reports, and preferred vendor network. When we liquidated our last property, we had planned to do a traditional 1031 Exchange for another property, but given our stage of life, they educated us about alternative tax advantaged investment vehicles and connected us to a financial advisor who specialized in those investment vehicles. We hired that advisor and invested in the DST/UPREIT after the sale of the property. PMI Redwood Realty is a great real estate asset manager and I recommend them to anyone with a real estate question or need.
