- SBSid BatsonNov 14, 20251.0One of the worst property management companies in town. Not only are the buildings poorly managed and in need of updates, they illegally towed my brother's car while he was in the hospital. There was no notice on the car and they did not leave us a voicemail to let us know the car was to be towed. When we asked the towers why it was being towed we weren't given an explanation and no one from the property management was there for the tow. When we contacted RPM they lied to us about it being abandoned and that the tags were expired. The tags are 2025 and we have proof the car was used every day up until my brother was admitted to the hospital which the following day his car was towed without warning or explanation. They said they would not undue this action. This is illegal and not to mention absolutely shady behavior. Avoid renting from these scumlords.
- SKStarla KissingerNov 14, 20251.0RPM IS THE WORST property management I’ve ever dealt with!! I’ve lived in my apartment for over 10 years and I have always paid my rent on time and been a peaceful neighbor and renter. RPM is third property management I’ve had here and I have never been treated so terribly. Last night they towed my son’s car without notice while he is incapacitated in the hospital!! They refused to reverse the action and have any kind of compassion for our situation. We are now not able to get his car released to us because he is the registered owner. This is down right dirty!! My son was only visiting for a couple weeks and on top of being very sick, he now doesn’t have a car?!? Heartless!! I’m in tears and sick to my stomach. In response to RPM’s response: LIES! the car was currently registered and not due until December of this year as the photo attached shows. You called me when I was at work from an unknown number and did not leave a message. Ca law states you have to give people 96 hours notice, which you failed to do. The car had been moved several times in the couple weeks he was visiting me, once he was hospitalized it obviously didn’t move for a couple of days before you had it towed. If you want to be kind you can pay for the charges that will continue to accrue as his car sits in the tow yard and we all fight for his life.

Alexxis Christiansen was the leasing agent who helped me and iam very grateful she did! Alexxis was assertive, kind, and very patient when she explained the property Managements requirements to me. Alexxis just made finding a place a overall, "good experience!!" Plus she has a cool last name!! Thank you again Alexxis Christiansen. 😁
- DBdanielle balestriniOct 23, 20251.0After 4 months and 7 maintenance request along with threats disguised as suggestion. This problem is finally being taken care off but only to inconvenience us even more. Rpm has gotten videos, pictures and multiple requests this whole time and have neglected to check in or keep us in the loop with the situation and how it was going to be handle. We had Mold and plants growing in the walls. Contractor was 100% its been going on for years, and since that was the case rpm suggested that we contact our insurance to find a place to stay in in the mean time has the whole bathroom is now being replaced. After contacting insurance there is nothing they can do for us because of rpms negligence to the maintenance. Since its been an ongoing issue that was known about insurance doesn't cover it. If your looking for a another slumlord company to rent from this is top notch service. Thank you RPM for indangering my family and not doing your job.
