Don was able to secure the lending for me for a difficult condo transaction -- a nonwarrantable condo (so conventional lending was not an option) situated in a fire zone! Don proactively and tirelessly worked through these and other snags in the lending process and referred me to an insurance broker who was able to secure fire insurance (required by the loan). Don is a true professional, responds promptly to communications and is a knowledgeable, creative problem solver. Highly recommend.
