  We have lived there for 2 years, we had an incident where a car crashed into are apartment we had to fight them to get help, we had renters insurance, but when the looked for it they couldn't find become of new management, so instead of helping use they made us side a new lease to get a lower rent when we were happy paying are month to month rent. Now we moved and everyone was good we had neighbors who smoked pot out side and the smell every once in awhile would come into are apartment, but they dispose inside, but now there's a new tenant and from day one the smell of pot comes through the ventilation and wall,we can not escape it ,we have a kid with breathing problems and my girl get migraines because the smell is so bad that we can taste the weed,but it seems that the ownership is more worried about being sued by the new tenant, father then are healt concerns, they say there offering to help but will have to move into a new place with less amenities and pay more rent, how is that helping us, we didn't start this problem, we have been good neighbors to everyone, but it seems if your a certain person you get more rights then we get , it's unsafe and very unhealthy

  I recently moved in and all I can say is I am extremely satisfied with Benita who took care of me from start to finish. She is extremely professional. All concerns were addressed quickly. I also want to say the maintenance manager is extremely professional as well. Went over and beyond which I appreciate.

  Loving the property & the amenities so much! The pet area is great for my fur baby as well! Joel has been so amazing with keeping the community clean & making sure our apartment is always in great condition. Thank you!

  I’ve lived at several other properties in the past, and unfortunately, my experiences with staff weren’t always the best. That’s why I’ve truly come to appreciate how different things are at Terramonte Apartments. From the start, Ms. Benita has been a breath of fresh air. She’s consistently helpful, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported. It means a lot to come home to a place that is clean, safe, and well-maintained. There’s a real sense of care here that I haven’t felt elsewhere, and Ms. Benita plays a big part in that. I'm so glad I chose this property to call home!
