  The places are nice however in the master bedroom, the shower without a tub was not appealing to me. The two ladies in the office were OK. I was very disturbed how the Indian lady was treating me like I was a criminal. They made it a point for both of them to walk me into the unit, pretending they had to do quality control. I was nervous didn’t know if they were gonna kill me or what! I have looked at several places with other people in the office and never got escorted with two people. I don’t know if she didn’t trust me or her coworker.The lady kept acting like she knew me And just made me feel real uncomfortable that there’s the first reason why I wouldn’t rent from here in second because the Indian lady was racially profiling and acting like a disturbing police officer and then the other lady was talking in codes. They were terrible retrain them in humanity and learn how to treat people the way they want to be treated Specially, that Indian lady.

  I love living at Pleasanton Glen! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to help if something isn't working, and management are constantly upgrading the units and amenities. The location is perfect...across the street from a beautiful park and only a couple of blocks from the shops and restaurants of Main Street. I highly recommend chosing your next home here!

  I recently renewed my lease at Pleasanton Glen. Out of all the apartments I've rented, this is by far my favorite. The location is hard to beat ... a ten minute walk to downtown Pleasanton. Karen and Miranda in the leasing office do a wonderful job. Whenever I've had a (minor) issue in the apartment, the technician resolved it either the same day or the next day. Management is always on top of things at the property, whether it's a landscaping or maintaining the gym and the pools. The result is that the property is in good working order, and always clean.

  The staff is great! The ladies in the office are so helpful and polite. The maintenance crew keeps the property clean and shows up fast for repairs. The building is well kept inside and out. There’s a nice family vibe here, the neighbors are very welcoming. If you don’t hear kids having fun in the pools then it’s mostly quiet. 10/10 😎

  The community is very clean. There is not a dust bunny or spider web or trash in sight. The location is great and the community is very safe! The manager Karen and the maintenance team are extremely responsive, solution driven and so kind. They make sure you sure that you don’t feel like just another number in the community. They have such a deep care to problem solve, prevent and maintain anything and everything! Thank you for all that you do!
