- RARao AkkineniJan 3, 20261.0Absolutely one of the worst apartment complex. I just moved in and the pictures and videos should tell you why I rated it 1*. This apartment should have never been rented to a new tenant in its current state. Washer and dryer sounds like lawn mowers (not kidding, every time I turn on the dryer I need to leave home, it is obnoxiously loud). Everything in the apartment is dirty. Dishwasher looks like it is there to soil the dishes not clean them. I had to kill cockroaches, sanitize all cabinets.

A car in the community had all four tires stolen right in front of the leasing office and I learned there are no security cameras anywhere on the property, not even near the office. When I raised my concerns with management, I was told, “We do not sell security,” with a very dismissive attitude and they told me that there are no plans to install cameras or take additional safety measures. For the price residents pay here, I expected at least basic efforts to deter crime and protect tenants’ property. If safety and accountability matter to you, I would think carefully before choosing this place.
- VGVenu GaddamDec 17, 20255.0We moved to Park Hacienda few months back we had a great experience living, primarily property manager Nicoya takes care of the residents request and acts very quickly , also all the staff is very good including to name few Cynthia ,Kevin and Carlos takes the work orders and get it done quick, as resident incharge Kevin is very proactive to keep surroundings clean, he send neighborhood business deals to name a few like Xfinity, Verizon promotions, food coupons and Pleasanton Wine festivals. I referred and also highly recommend friends and family given the experience and proximity.
