It chose NextHome because I saw that the company's culture and leadership spoke to where real estate needed to go as an industry. The focus is on humans over houses, and that leads in every thing we do. As an owner, the support has been far above expectations. They support me as a broker owner and they support our agents as well which gives me more time to focus on helping the agents too. The tech stack is very strong and getting stronger. The fully integrated CRM allows me and our agents extreme line and automate much of the communication to stay top of mine with the clients. The education and training is extremely deep. So much so that I end up being the voice of real estate in my market because I have more education about topics through NextHome. NextHome has been a business amplifier for me.
