She met my mom during an open house and agreed to show the house the following day so my dad could join. My mom then hired my personal realtor. When Crystal found out she was going to miss out on acting as both the buying and selling agent, she called my mother a liar and told her to never contact her again. She later apologized when confronted about it but it’s just completely unprofessional behavior. I would expect better behavior from a realtor. I’d avoid the group altogether in case you’re stuck working with Crystal Jackson.
