  BEWARE THE SCAM! I was applying to this apartment and had a credit issue to resolve. I was told they would wait and would work with me to resolve it. After finding a better apartment I called to cancel my holding deposit and was told they would keep it. $250 to hold the apartment for 10 days but you have 2 days to decide before they keep the money. Hopefully they don’t move slow to prevent you from getting it back……

  I just moved here within the last month. The move-in/touring process was seamless thanks to Angel and the leasing team! Angel was super helpful and took into consideration of everything i was looking for in my new home. Upon signing the lease, the team went above and beyond with communication & details!! Picking up the keys was seamless. Jesse and his maint. crew are already 5+ stars for helping me with my front door that had a minor issue with the lock. It is pet friendly, clean, and the community is amazing. There is even a small private conference room in the clubhouse which you could utilize for meetings or Zoom calls, which is amazing! The pool grounds are so clean and the gym is small, but very well maintained and has everything that you can need for someone like me who doesn’t really need that big of a gym. I love that it’s close to the trails and has a clean dog park which my dog enjoys and she seems to be so happy here. One little thing that I will mention is that the walls are somewhat thin, and you do hear some foot traffic upstairs, but I feel like that’s normal with any complex! I am pretty traumatized from my last property because it was so terrible. However the leasing team here at VM did let me know if there are any issues at any time, to let them know and they would address it-which is so comforting. It’s night and day from the previous complex I was in where kids were running up and down the hallway, so I’m happy to be here!! I met a few of my neighbors in the surrounding units on my floor and they are so welcoming and kind. I also find it reassuring that a lot of the people in my hallway are long-term tenants that I’ve stayed which speaks volumes about the community here. I look forward my residency here. Thank you VM!!

  I’ve had a great experience living at Villa Montanero. The community is well maintained and feels very safe and secure. Maintenance has been excellent—Jesse helped fix a toilet issue quickly and did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and super helpful. Really appreciate the prompt support. Highly recommend this place. Big thanks to everyone for all your hard work and dedication.

  Couldn't give better reviews for this place and our experience while trying to find our new home. Sarqueta went above and beyond and was always so personable and kind when it came to answering all of our questions and helping us find our new home. Marlena was great also and was invaluable in helping us find our home here at Villa Montanaro. Shout out to Jesse as well from maintenance facilities who helped fix or solve our issues when we first moved in and with a smile. Everyone here from staff to fellow residents has been great. Thank you so much!
