  I have been living in this complex for about one year now. Compared to every other apartment I have lived in (or heard stories about) this one is top rated in my book. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but they are super pet friendly, have access to tons of amenities, and are right next to a gorgeous park. AND to top it off, the staff are incredible - reliable, fast, and great at communication and community encouragement. We decided to upgrade and after price shopping and touring a few other places, we will be moving into a bigger unit in the same complex. We love Azure!!

  I love my home in Azure Apartment. Charming place. Quiet and peaceful. I like to walk in Shollenberger Park and observe and listen birds. I especially love falling asleep to the sounds of an owl.

  This is based solely on package theft here, this has been an issue for at least 18 years. Why is there a package room with no staff, or at the minimum cameras installed? Don't have packages shipped here of you reside here, as they have a HUGE theft problem. Rent a PO box or use a mailing center.

  What a pleasant experience I had yesterday! I went in for a tour and was greeted by the maintenance team while I waited for my appointment — such a nice first impression. The property was beautiful, but the best part was the tour itself. The leasing agent was attentive, professional, and truly cared about my needs. This community is definitely at the top of my list!

  I recently had the pleasure of touring Azure and was really impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, the professionalism and warmth of the staff set a high standard, especially Daniel’s, who I toured with. He was an absolute delight. He introduced me to his managers, Wendy, Chris and Lauren, who were also wonderful. They were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the floor plans, lease terms, and the surrounding neighborhood. What stood out most was Daniel's commitment to ensuring I felt welcomed and informed, rather than feeling pressured. He could easily convince me to lease at Azure any day!! The entire team at Azure clearly takes pride in their property and their service. If you're looking for a beautiful place to live with genuinely caring staff, I highly recommend visiting this community. Thanks Daniel, for your commitment and kindness!
