- PCPaul ClishamMay 29, 20241.0Do Not use Mid Valley title in Paradise they screwed my paperwork up said there was no easement on the property I was in escrow on and there was! that is a huge deal it cost me a ton of money and time waisted I have to hire a lawyer now and try and recover my losses. All due to them not knowing how to do there job. Horrible!
