- BLBoyd LeverDec 27, 20251.0Unfortunately, after receiving a tour, I requested additional information, and Taylor - the leasing assistant - did not call me back as she said she would. In fact, she claimed she put it in her calendar to do it, so I was particularly disappointed. I suspect if that is how you treat prospective tenants, then the living experience is not good.

Special thanks to the sweetest housekeeper in the world and to Zack, who can fix anything - these two might not be talked about much, but they make a real difference - being professional and very kind and happy people…. Oh yes, and Palo Alto is a beautiful and peaceful place with a wonderful mix of people and cultures that we all benefit from.
- MEMeredith EJun 4, 20205.0Beautiful and serene place in the middle of Silicon Valley! Staff are both nice and professional (especially Pamela Petersen). You can enjoy a sip of coffee with the view of tall (Alto) trees (Palos) over the horizon.
