  Eric was a great realtor to work with. Definitely felt that he was always on my side and helped me so very much. He answered all my questions honestly and was available whenever I needed anything. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. He helped me get the home I really wanted. Couldn’t have done it without him. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to him because he is someone that will help and can be trusted to get the best he can for you

  Eric was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent, he never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. Eric has his client’s best interest at heart, and makes himself available for any question or concerns, always making sure to have an answer right away or does his research to resolve any concern or doubt. He was patient, understanding, respectful and super honest. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciate all the hard work and effort Eric took, in walking me through all the possible options and through the process itself. I do not know what I would have done if I had not found Eric as My real estate Agent, my family and I really appreciate him and with no doubt I can say we will continue to do business with him. I highly recommend Eric Polo to anyone who looks to buying a property for the first time, he is awesome!!

  1 of the best professionals I have ever met, good at what he does, and he loves doing it . He is not what comes to mind when you think of an agent, his not pushy , snobby nor high strung .   Eric Polo is the best . He is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does. Previously to dealing with Eric we had seen several houses that were not quite what we were looking for. When we came across Eric he was very professional and most of all organized with his stuff. My bf and I had gone to go see a house that was for sale and fell in love with it. We called Eric to let him know we were interested and his exact words were , " if you guys want the house I will get it for you " just that simple he said it , very sure of his words. Well 1and a half year later here we are in our house , Thanks to Eric , he made it happen. We closed escrow in about 27 days . I will never hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone . He is professional, knowledgeable and very determined .
