  Save your money and live elsewhere these folks have been constantly surveillancing me and emailing me over some of the most ticky tack stuff and threatening me with charges. It has been so stressful living here and they have a serious ant problem. The staff is angry and passive aggressive towards me. Being threatened constantly to terminate my lease and charge me more over something that isn’t true. I live in an upstairs apartment and my dog is a fox hound who’s friendly, with that being said, I let him outside into the quad to urinate but this time he ended up doing #2 which surprised me cause we only do that outside the gates. I have my dog on a system and sometimes as a dog they tend to have their own minds and break the system. Because my dog did #2 I had to grab a bag upstairs to clean it up which only took my 45 seconds. The disheartening part is the false report that I did not clean up after my dog. I think it’s strange as I watch people walk their pets to use the restroom and literally hang out in front of where I live. Also, when I moved in there was poop and trash outside. Their staff has caused me so much emotional distress as a remote worker. This is probably the dirtiest facility I’ve ever lived in and I treat it with the utmost respect and clean up after my dog. When I asked for visual evidence which would depict me picking up after my dog moments (seconds) after they looked dumbfounded like they needed it with the accusation and threat of lease termination. Also, I delivered a demand letter to Christina asking for a retraction and formal apology given that truth was omitted in this report, the landlord treated me with passive aggression and smugness upon delivery telling her to contact her attorney. In small claims we won’t be using an attorney. I take false allegations seriously but the manager thought I was joking. I took a picture of her upon delivering my demand letter asking for an official apology which was not delivered. These folks are deplorable and behave like children on hourly wages. I will be taking her and her employers to small claims for not providing evidence or an apology.

  We lived here for a year and 8 months, and we really enjoyed our stay. Management does a very good job of keeping this community clean and safe. It is a gated community with a sizable pool and jacuzzi. We had no issues with management or any other tenants. Management is very professional, helpful, and available. Christina is very kind as is Adina and before her, Rachel. They are all great people. Also, shout out to Guido, who handles maintenance. He is an extremely friendly person who is a hard worker and fixes your issues in a timely manner. However, the community was built about 4 years ago, so you shouldn't have many issues. Overall, a great community and excellent people managing it. I highly recommend it.

  We are still having a problem with the air conditioner, it won't shut off We did what the maintenance man said and it still won't work. Please help with this because I don't want another high electric bill because it continues to run. Again thank you in advance.
