The property is well maintained, with constant upgrades that show the management genuinely cares about the residents and the overall environment. The staff is helpful, involved, and always approachable. Security is present and reassuring, which adds to the sense of safety and peace of mind. The location is excellent—convenient, quiet, and well situated. One standout is Anthony, who is an incredible person to work with. He is understanding, flexible, and always willing to help in any way he can. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported, which makes a huge difference. Overall, Moorpark Ranch Apartments offers a strong sense of community, professionalism, and care. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.

  I submitted an urgent work request Sunday night. The lock on my door it would not lock or unlock from the outside. Ben the maintenance worker showed up promptly Monday morning. He rectified the issue immediately. Ben is awesome and very respectful.

  The dishwasher became loose from under the kitchen countertop. I entered a maintenance request and to my surprise only hours later was my issue resolved.

  Damiyah, did an amazing job at welcoming us first and foremost. Secondly, she made us feel at ease given it’s my Fiancé and I first time purchasing an apartment. Beautiful area and most definitely has everything! So impressed of how dog friendly it is!
