Our realtor introduced us to Pulte homes back in August 2023. We really fell in love with their Ferndale model home in this community. Darla was our sales consultant, we enjoyed working with her very much, super friendly and easy to work with. The expected completion date was right on schedule. Jason with construction team was really great, also very friendly and informative. We would recommend Pulte Homes for anyone interested in purchasing new construction!
