  Very Affordable in comparison to what is out there Right now. The property manager is very friendly and was very helpful and helping us get situated everything is very clean and well maintained.

  Park Place is a nice community to live in. The manager is helpful and the maintenance worker is great. They both are thebomb.com. One of the nicer complexes in Manteca.

  I moved out of there back in 2011..I wish I never left.. I LOVED it there!!
