- ANAndy NassenSep 2, 20221.0Was asking about Call HFA forgivable loan. quickly gave 3 excuses of why it was not a good program and pushed me to go for the conventional loan through Wells Fargo. Tried several times to ask about other programs and other option. Every time the questions did not get answered. When calling this out the agent started defending herself saying, all I am doing is stating the facts. Felt unheard and unwanted. I would not recommend this place to anybody, no matter their financial situation.
