It is a mostly safe location and it is conveniently located right near the Canyon, which makes it easy to go outdoors and exercise and also to do errands/shopping on Hollywood Blvd. The leasing office staff have been quite nice to work with. Ceci Perricone is an excellent community manager and her friendly approach and precise management of the property is really noted and appreciated. Oscar also does very well on in-apartment repairs. Thank you to the Ruby for making my first living experience in Los Angeles a good one!
