I was very disappointed with my experience at Building Jessica. The price listed on Zillow was completely different from what we were told when we arrived. We booked an appointment right away after seeing the listing, but once we came in, they suddenly said the price had already changed. It felt very misleading, almost like a bait-and-switch tactic. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value transparency and honesty.

We live at the Jessica's for 3 years already. I got to say so far its Good 👍 I saw numbers of negative reviews about it, but I personally feeling happy here. I really like Oscar (manager), who is always ready to help. Anything ever happened, he is right there all most immediately to fix the problem(even during the night time) Ceci (multi- site Community Manager) is also super nice and else helpful whenever we need her assistance. She always answers my emails in a few hours. The building is clean. They just literally installed brand new extra security door. Beautiful rest area on the top of building (including pool and jacuzzi) else a big plus. Yes. It's maybe a little pricey, but again. It depends on many other factors. It's West Hollywood area. Here is a walking distance to the bank, Ralph market, Ross, restaurants, even hiking trails. We really don't have any major complaints.
