  I've been in the real estate business for over 20 years and I always go back to Shannon. She is unparalleled in making the loan process simple and easy, when I know my loan was not easy at all. She basically takes care of everything and magically does what I have never seen other lenders come close to with the calm and gentle explanation that is needed in such a stressful, tense process. Couldn't recommend anybody over Shannon, she is simple the best! Highest grade!!! Thanks for getting me and my family into our dream home! It means the world to me!!!

  There is not enough that I we could say about Shannon and her team. While most lenders come from the "cold hard math" side of things, Shannon exudes a wealth of knowledge along with a personal and invested approach to ensure that you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Buying and selling a home is clearly one of the most critical decisions as well as the most impactful stresses one could have on their life. We could not be more thrilled to have gone through this process with Shannon as we were put at ease in a time that volatility and competition have plagued the home buying experience.   I met Shannon through my sister in law 7 years ago when I was in the process of buying a house. She went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went smoothly. I just refinanced my house for a better rate and she delivered it as promised. All and all had a great experience and I’m looking forward to working with her again in the near future.

  Working with Shannon was a real pleasure. She was always available and got back to me promptly with any necessary information.
