    Prizma provides all the items I value the most as I have lived in and out of the US. I value the security of the building, convenience of the location and the ability to close my doors and have a quiet or peaceful experience [of course there is the occasional normal noise expected in an apartment community, i.e., vacuuming, dog barks, etc.]. Pros: secure building, amenities, minimal noise, location (walking distance to shopping), garage parking with EV power stations, pets are welcome, provide a dog run that is kept clean, secured location for mail/deliveries, community events, staff, with a shout out to the concierge team, housekeeping and maintenance teams as they are friendly and professional. Cons: these are not deal breakers but minor annoyances. 1) the number of false fire alarms 2) The parking lot is secure and underground however the structure has big unframed openings that face the alley, as a result if you are assigned a parking spot facing the alley - your car will become dirty within 48 hours from the dust generated by the traffic in the side alley.

    Living at Prizma has been such a wonderful experience! The location is a dream – with Sprouts, Sightglass, Tartine, and Heimat Gym all within reach, it's a perfect blend of convenience and lifestyle. The apartment amenities, from the grills and cute pool area to the inviting community lounge with a pool table and gym, add so much to the quality of living here. What truly stands out is the incredible staff – they're amazing. The staff has been consistently helpful, and the 24/7 security patrolling the neighborhood brings an added layer of comfort. Prizma feels like more than just a place to live; it's a community I'm genuinely happy to be a part of.
