I value the security of the building, convenience of the location and the ability to close my doors and have a quiet or peaceful experience [of course there is the occasional normal noise expected in an apartment community, i.e., vacuuming, dog barks, etc.]. Pros: secure building, amenities, minimal noise, location (walking distance to shopping), garage parking with EV power stations, pets are welcome, provide a dog run that is kept clean, secured location for mail/deliveries, community events, staff, with a shout out to the concierge team, housekeeping and maintenance teams as they are friendly and professional. Cons: these are not deal breakers but minor annoyances. 1) the number of false fire alarms 2) The parking lot is secure and underground however the structure has big unframed openings that face the alley, as a result if you are assigned a parking spot facing the alley - your car will become dirty within 48 hours from the dust generated by the traffic in the side alley.

- RARina AlexinJun 21, 20225.0I lived in the Geffen Apts, and had several friends in Prizma. Overall, the experience was great living here. The townhouse we rented was new, modern, and spacious. And everyone who worked here was extremely friendly, helpful, resourceful, and punctual. It was one of the best experiences with customer service that I had. The only thing I would change would be to figure out a key FOB for Geffen residents so that we can also freely use the pool without having to ask for assistance from the staff.
