I had to pay $350 to apply and was guaranteed it would be refunded if I decide I don't want the apartment. It never actually dropped in price, and my money was never refunded to me, even after escalating to the manager: Randy Niznik.

We are sadly moving out after 4 years as this spot, ( I will miss it except the parking haha). Happy to have called this place home lots to walk to an explore around here but my husband and I have decided to upgrade and move to the West side of town. Great place for young couple just starting out in LA.

The street is clean and in a great neighborhood, my personal favorite thing about the location is being able to mountain bike in the Hollywood hills! It only takes a few minutes to ride to the start of the trails. (I’d recommend Ferndell Trail) The woman in the front office Desiree is also very kind and helpful if I ever had any question or concerns. I’d highly recommend this building.
