- ASAmeera Al SiddiqiApr 19, 20235.0My family and I lived here for 7 months in apartment 301. The apartment was very clean and pleasant. The interior was modern yet cozy an inviting. All the appliances were new clean well maintained and working. Kitchenware was all brand new. New towels were provided. There were 3 smart televisions 2 of them had apple tv connected. I recommend this apartment, It felt like home. The property manager Douglas was considerate, understanding and very helpful, he eventually became a family friend. The maintenance and house keeping were friendly and available on call.
- KHKate HarrisonFeb 7, 20231.0Beware!! The building is infested with BED BUGS, termites, and there is untreated mold from the many water leaks in the building. See the photos attached. There are also remnants of asbestos in the AC ducts. The landlord refuses to make repairs to fix these issues and many tenants have had adverse health reactions because of it. If you are seeking safe, clean, and decent accommodation, I recommend looking elsewhere. The landlord is a bully and will go to great lengths to manipulate and harass the tenants. It is a very unfortunate situation. While the leasing agents are great at selling you the unit, once you sign a contract, it’s a completely different story. Be prepared for constant headache and scams. They harass and verbally abuse tenants who try to share their opinion and speak out against these poor conditions. Don’t fall victim to this treatment as we unfortunately did.

He had met every need that I asked for. The building itself is beautiful, clean and safe. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in LA!
