Brian was always a phone call or an e-mail away; he was available whenever I had a question and responded in no time. Brian is punctual, reliable, and very helpful.   Embarrassingly bad. We called over a week in advance to look at a specific property. We drove 2 hours, then sat at a desk for 45 minutes looking at the MLS. Then we find out the property we drove up to look at needs notice to even see. No one called ahead. Also! We were supposed to meet with Brian. The second we walked in the door we were greeted by another realtor that said our appt was actually handed off to her (that was news to us as well.) He didn’t come introduce himself even though he was sitting two desks away. I’ve bought plenty of properties across 3 states and this is the top for the worst realtor experience I’ve had. Thankfully they sent us right to the arms of another realtor. 1 Star for a clean bathroom and left over Halloween candy offered. Edit: This was a cash purchase. We were considering a mortgage with the rates the way they were but we had CASH. It’s okay, we found another agent that day and she helped us purchase our home… in cash.
