  Ken has been amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond to help his residents. Even in emergencies he is there to help. My family loves living here and have had nothing but great experiences! The staff take good care of all their residents. Thank you Ken and Dulce!

  I called the office after hours for a maintenance request. Before we would even call the after hours maintenance line, they were already at our door! Fixed our AC quickly and were so kind.

  I had an incredible experience at Niguel Summit from beginning to end! The leasing team is truly exceptional. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Dulce, Beth, and Tara. These remarkable women are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but they also genuinely care about the tenants at Niguel Summit. I absolutely love living here and proudly call this place my home!
