This was my first exchange and I was nervous however she assured me that she will explain every step of the way and she did. she was very professional and every time I called her and it was many times, she was calm collected and explained everything to me. Seller side asked for EMD to be deposited in one day and she was on it and wired on time and it was the same way at the closing. My escrow was only 14 days but she handled everything on time . I can not say enough if you have an exchange just ask for Katie Egan.
