Families with kids and lit of older folks here so friendly place. Manager is good and maintenance is prompt? They are refurbishing most of the Apts new windows new stoves new fridge new heater some new cabinets and a few new air conditioners refrigerator is included microwave is included and lawns mowed every Monday pools once a month new pool furniture new owners so they are trying to bring everything up to code for the section 8 housing codes.
