- BMBrandon MumfordAug 10, 20253.0The rent is fair, new bbqs and covered parking is nice. Tara Soto, the property manager is fair and professional. She always answers the phone and takes care of my needs in a timely manner. The only complaints I have are the back pool has been closed for years. The owners refuse to fix and open it. The laundry room in the rear near our apartment is constantly broken. 3 of 5 washers work, barely, and 4 of 6 dryers are broken. Lastly we have a bad roach problem. Even with a clean unit, bug spray, traps and bug bombs they still remain a problem.

The property manager Tara is always in her office during hours if you ever need anything. Had the roach issue and brought it up to the front had someone spray and did everything they could to help us out. Would highly reccomend
- SSSteven SpoutzJul 15, 20251.0This place is absolutely disgusting I've been living here for a while now and have dealt with a terrible infestation of cockroaches and now there are maggots all over my apartment and in the hallways of the complex. The management in this place doesn't care all they care about is how it looks on the outside rather than fixing the horrendous infestation on the inside. They only utilize one of the pools. I guess the other one is just for looks. And they let the children that live in the complex get away with whatever they want. Moral of this post I do not recommend living here. It is disgusting.
- AOAmber O'DeaJun 23, 20255.0I've lived here since early 2020 and it has been a nice, quiet community for my childeren to grow in. It has 2 pools and 2 laundry rooms. The manager is on site and very attentive and goes the extra mile to help her tenants.
- VVvan8cabJun 22, 20255.0Manager Tara Soto is always attentive and accessible. She resolves issues quickly. She has answered the phone immediately 98% of the time. The complex itself is double gated and feels safe. Pool is well kept. Laundry on site but expect to pay $100 a month if you do heavily soiled laundry regularly (husband works with oil and machines).
