  The team at Pacific Properties Realty Group did an amazing job from start to finish.  Johan is very professional and understands all of the aspects of real estate. He and his team were very "hands on" in getting it sold.  Johan kept me updated with buyer inquiries and comparable local market listings.  He is very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend them!

  Working with Johan and Pacific Properties Realty Group was an excellent experience. From the first conversation, Johan seemed excited to discuss what I was looking for in a new home and offered a game plan. As a first time homebuyer, I had tons of questions throughout the entire home buying process. He took the time to understand my concerns, my needs and preferences for a new home. He listened patiently and answered all questions. He prepared listings of properties that matched the criteria and offered insights into different neighborhoods, styles of homes and market conditions. Throughout the process, Johan would check in to provide updates and see if I had any questions or concerns. His experience was invaluable during the negotiation process and throughout escrow. I am happy with my new home and choice in REALTOR. I recommend Johan to anyone seeking a dedicated and attentive real estate professional.

  When our long-time real estate agent retired, we honestly weren’t sure what to expect, but Johan made the whole transition so smooth. Buying a house is always an emotional rollercoaster—one minute you’re excited, the next you’re stressed or disappointed when something falls through. Through all the ups and downs, Johan was always there to keep us grounded and positive. He never made us feel like just another client and always took time to explain things and check in on how we were feeling. What really stood out was how much he cared about our family and finding the right fit, not just closing a deal. He shares our values around family and community, and it showed in everything he did. On top of that, his team was amazing—Audrey and Joshua were so supportive in our search and working through our paperwork. Besides being a fantastic agent, Johan is just a genuinely great human being, and we’re so grateful we got to work with him and his team.

  When my husband and I started talking about buying a home I prayed, asked God to put good people in our way to help us in this journey, and sure enough he did! I went to middle school with Johan... a mutal friend posted something about him and thats were I saw he was a realtor! Right there and then I knew Johan was the one that would help us and guide us through out this journey. Let me tell you Johan went above and beyond for our family, he was always there for us answering our questions, driving 1 1/2 to look at homes almost every weekend... he never pressured us... on the contrary he would always tell us not to worry that even if it was one home that we wanted to see he would be there and he was! Until we finally found our home, I remember him telling us that we would know when had found the one, he was right. Johan became part of our family, we will forever be grateful to him for everything he did for our family. If you are looking for someone to help you find your home do not doubt Johan will truly be there all the way. During our time with Johan we saw the great father, husband, brother and son he is. He even became uncle Johan to my little one. Johan thank YOU!! for everything.

  From day one, Johan’s nickname “running realtor” makes complete sense. Rather than flattery or appeasement, Johan’s approach is practical, realistic, and untiring. I recently completed a full renovation of my home and as I had an upcoming transfer I was keen to tie things up neatly on time and present a finished product rather than a partial upgrade. I vetted numerous realtors as I knew my property presented some intrinsic challenges, and Johan stood out immediately. He is wise, experienced, and deeply familiar with the Hawthorne/Inglewood area. His advice was to-the-point and aided tremendously in bringing my renovation project to finish and on the market with perfect timing. His sales approach also impressed me greatly, as he is far from a “yes man” when it comes to wishful thinking. On his recommendation, we listed strategically, and happily generated the interest necessary to bring the sale price to a healthy level, which more than satisfied the long hours of my time and extensive investment I had committed to the project. I can’t recommend Johan enough. He is friendly, humble, and extremely effective. Thank you, Johan!
